Our price list is differentiated according to low, medium and high season periods on a weekly basis. For the middle and high season there is a range of list prices; the final price, in each case, will be determined with the customer at the time of booking after checking availability and any specific requests from our guests.
Rates include all energy costs and final cleaning.

Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 1 double room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/toilet.
Third floor: living room, 1 attic double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 attic room with 2 beds.
Check-in for arrivals: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out for departures: from 10:00 a.m.
Security deposit: € 500.00
Cancellation policy: free of charge (deposit refund) within 60 days; 50 % refund of deposit within 30 days; no refund after 30 days prior to arrival date.
Small pets are allowed, with a surcharge of € 15.00 per day.
Regional tourist tax: € 2.00 for guests 12 years of age and older, applied up to a maximum of 5 days (maximum amount € 10.00).
